Final Sale Policy

All purchases made with FIVE PERCENT TINT are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where the product is damaged.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the damage
  • Photographic evidence of the damage

Replacement or Store Credit

Upon verification of the damage, we will offer the following resolutions:

  • Replacement: If the damaged item is available in stock, we will replace it at no additional cost.
  • Store Credit: If the damaged item is not available, we will issue you a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the damaged product.
